Sivananda Yoga Beginners Course (upcoming in 2019)
The Sivananda Yoga Beginners Course is a systematic introduction to the theory and practice of classical Hatha Yoga based on the teachings of Sivananda Yoga. Over 5 weekly classes, students will learn a step by step approach for developing strength, flexibility, good breathing habits, concentration and relaxation through:
-Yoga postures (Asanas)
-Breathing exercises (Pranayama)
-Introduction to 5 points of yoga
-Basic major asanas and their benefits
Beginners who would like to learn the basics of Hatha yoga, or practitioners who would like to have a refresher course.

Sivananda Yoga Open Classes
The 90-minute open class is for regular Sivananda yoga practitioners who are familiar with the sequence of the class. Students will hold longer in the asanas (physical postures) and explore variations of the asanas.
Regular Sivananda yoga practitioners, students who have completed the basic Sivananda yoga course.
Date and time:
Every Thursday, 7.30pm - 9.00pm.
$100 for 4 classes, expiry date in 6 weeks' from 1st class.
Drop-in rate is $30 per class.

Private Hatha Yoga Class for Cancer Patients
Private Hatha yoga class for cancer patients and survivors who prefer a one-to-one learning environment.
Beginners who are currently undergoing cancer treatment or have completed cancer treatment looking for a gentler class to regain strength and flexibility.

Lipeng is a certified Sivananda Yoga instructor and has been practising yoga since 2004. In 2013 while living in Israel, a chance encounter led her to learn of Sivananda Yoga. Since returning to Singapore, she started practising at the Singapore Sivananda Yoga Centre (now closed) and in 2015 completed her 200-hr Yoga Teacher's Training Course with Sivananda Yoga Vidya Peetham, under Swami Govindananda, Swami Tattvarupananada and Mani Raman. She has since conducted classes in Singapore and India.
Lipeng is a breast cancer survivor and believes that practising yoga and meditation leads to better health and inner peace. She hopes to share her love for yoga by showing that yoga is for everyone and one can never be too inflexible to start!
